To Ride Chairlifts
Before ShroomBob™, LLC, chairlift riding with a skibob was difficult, because the rider had to physically carry the skibob on and off the chairlift. With the use of the ShroomBob™ Chanterellyn II’s patent pending lift riding systems, even chairlift riding is easy and effortless.
• What is a Ski-Bike?
Essentially, a specially engineered bike-like device with skis instead of wheels designed to use the force of gravity to descend snow covered mountains. Short foot-skis are generally used in conjunction.

!!!!!!! a Skibob is a Ski-Bike !!!!!!!!
The sport has a long way to go. Though the bikes have been around for decades, they’ve never caught on. The bobbers think they can change things by convincing baby boomers that ski biking is an easy-on-the-joints alternative to skiing. The peggers think that will only contribute to ski biking’s already somewhat dorky image. They think they can lift the sport by wooing X Games-enamored youths with bikes designed for big air, tricks and just plain being rad.
The Brawler, by Colorado bike builder Devin Lenz, looks like a top-end downhill mountain bike, with 7-inch shocks front and rear. "These look cool. You want to ride them," he said. "People who are into motocross or mountain biking are naturally drawn to it." He never thought of using footskis. “To me they just seemed like a crutch,” he said.

• What is a Crutch?
crutch n. 1. A staff or support used by the physically injured or disabled as an aid in walking, usually designed to fit under the armpit and often used in pairs.
2. A forked leg rest on a sidesaddle.
3. A device used for assistance or support; a prop: a mnemonic crutch.
4. The crotch of a person or an animal.
5. A forked device or part.
Since a crutch is ‘a device used for assistance or support,’ every piece of skiing equipment on the mountain or on the prairie is a crutch, because {speaking technically here} you just can’t get out and engage in the snow sports without the assistance and support of some crutch or another.
For example, nudity is not a big problem in the snow sports arena, as even the most brazen snow sports streaker quickly seeks to regain the assistance and support of their crutch - the clothing that permits entering the winter environment in the first place. Other snow sports crutches abound; skiing requires the assistance and support of skis, bindings, and poles; riding requires the assistance and support of snowboards, boots and bindings; and the Brawler is simply another assistance and support crutch system for staying on top of and sliding on the snow.
Sorry, that was a pretty long diatribe for a simple proposition; the snow sliding sports are based upon crutches, cannot occur without crutches, and the only question really is what crutches ‘do it’ for you.
ShroomBob™, LLC, is totally in favor of thrill seekers selecting snow sport crutches which are harder to use than others, thus making the snow sliding activity selected potentially more dangerous, and thereby certainly more of an adrenaline rush for that individual. For example, while downhill skiing is far easier and offers more control, many folks insist on skiing ‘freeheel’ or ‘telemark’ style. {Several jokes have arisen around these stylistic skiing differences. My favorite is: ‘Telemark’ is French for likes to do head plants.}
Thus, while the ShroomBob™ Chanterellyn II can be set up to be ridden pegger style, it was designed to be ridden the stodgy old bobber style. This style provides an immediate and instantaneous in control skiing experience, first day, first run, with the heel edge foot ski - easy but boring. Even the ShroomBoarding is easy - to go slow just drag your feet on the road or the skateboard wheels - lean for turns.
Oh yeah, if boring is that big of a problem for you by your third or fourth run on a ShroomBob™ Chanterellyn II, we recommend the trees {the thicker the better so long as the handlebars fit through}, something steeper {black and double black diamond runs will quickly eliminate boring - just make sure you are talented enough to handle the steeps - because even with the best heel edge footskis - boring is no longer a problem on steep ski runs}, or just keep you feet on the pegs {until your adrenaline levels are sufficiently pumped up - then put your feet down on the snow again}.
